  • Golden sun coming through purple clouds to represent anxiety

    Anxiety Therapy

You’re struggling with feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, pulled in many different directions, but on the outside somehow you look like you’ve got things handled. You’re tired of feeling this way, but because you feel like you can manage it doesn’t seem like anything is really wrong.

  • Golden Hour sun coming through a sharp mountain to represent relief from trauma

    Trauma Therapy

It’s common to experience trauma because of the loss of a loved one, or growing up in chaotic environments with inconsistencies and feeling like you were walking on eggshells. Trauma therapy can help you leave your past in the past and finally heal.

  • Golden glow through clouds to represent faith

    Islamic-Based Therapy

If Islam is a core part of your life and a source of strength for you, we can incorporate it into therapy as much as you’d like. Viewing things from an Islamic perspective can inspire hope and remind you that Allah’s help is near.

    Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting taps into deeper parts of our brain allowing us to process emotions, memories, and experiences in a way that allows for deep, long-lasting healing. Brainspotting targets problems at the root resolving them for good.

  • Close up of rocks in the water with mountains in the distance at sunset

    Psychodynamic CBT

Reflecting on your past experiences can help you understand how similar patterns have carried into your present day situations. Addressing them at the root helps prevent them from recurring in your future.
